About Healthcare Partners in Support (HPIS)

Independent Advocacy. Uncompromised Choice. Genuine Capacity Building.

Our Purpose

Navigating the NDIS can be complex, but you don’t have to do it alone.

At Healthcare Partners in Support (HPIS), our purpose is simple: to bridge the gap between complex NDIS systems and your lived experience, ensuring you navigate your journey with clarity and confidence.

We exist to work alongside participants, families, and carers to strengthen your capacity and connect you with the right supports. Our goal is to ensure your NDIS plan is implemented in a way that truly aligns with your unique goals, values, and life circumstances.

The HPIS Difference

In the current NDIS landscape, true independence is rare. Many providers offer “one-stop-shop” services that can blur the lines between coordination and service delivery.

We are different.

HPIS is built on a foundation of Integrity and Independence.

  • Structural Separation: We maintain a strict structural separation from HHH Solutions.
  • A Separate Legal Entity: We operate as a completely distinct legal entity to avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Pure Advocacy: Our sole focus is advocacy, coordination, and capacity building—we do not deliver core support services.

What this means for you: This structure allows us to act as an objective partner rather than a vendor trying to “upsell” services. You receive uncompromised choice and control, with transparent, unbiased information free from pressure or influence. We act solely in your best interest.

Our Philosophy

We believe that true support isn’t just about “doing” things for you; it’s about building your confidence and self-advocacy skills.

  • Clarity: We translate the NDIS. We explain funded supports in clear, practical terms so you fully understand your budget.
  • Holistic Collaboration: We work collaboratively with clinical teams, families, and community services to ensure your recovery pathway is coordinated, not fragmented.

Trauma-Informed Care: We are sensitive to complex family circumstances and emotional regulation challenges, adopting a protective and empathetic approach.

Who We Walk Alongside

We specialize in supporting individuals who require a dedicated, knowledgeable partner:

  • Complex Needs: Individuals with psychosocial disabilities or complex mental health issues requiring resilience building.
  • Families & Guardians: A “village” approach for families managing plans for children with developmental delays or trauma.

Transitions: Individuals seeking stability while leaving inpatient settings or facing crisis.
